 Sonartec t-35

I was lucky enough to see the t-35 wedges the day they came out with the proto version.  I feel in love with the way the  t-35s look right from the start.  I took it out to the range and hit a few small buckets of balls with the sand wedge and bought it shortly there after.  After playing with the 56 degree for a while I decided that I would go ahead and order the 52 and 60 as well.

The t-35 look great over the top.  One would be hard pressed to find a better looking wedge.  The face is ubber milled and it shows that not only visually, but in play.  The t-35 come standard with a grind that allows one to open up the face without lifting the leading edge to far from the turf.

I have played a number of rounds with the t-35s in my bag and I have no plans on taking them out any time soon.  They do a great job around the greens allowing me to hit a number of shots making

From the sand they are beat by Solus and Feel.  However, they still do a good job.

The spin created by the t-35 is adequate.  I am able to stop balls at the Bandon Dunes resort which is pretty good.  I can also take spin off of the ball when needed.  The t-35 wedges have fairly reliable accuracy.  Not the most accurate made, but nothing to laugh at either.

Conclusion:

The t-35 wedges are great clubs.  At times it is hard for me to believe that they are made by Sonartec.  The Sonartec t-35  are not the greatest wedges made, but I have yet to find any that work better for me.  My search for the perfect wedge is not over yet, but I can weather the storm with the t-35 wedges by Sonartec.
