Obviously as you can see, the grips by Funkd have a different appearance than most other golf grips. I personally like the green grips and I knew I would. However, I did not know if the grips by Funkd would be worth the more than average price they cost.
The grips by Funkd are visually impressive. They come in several colors that are equally good, depending on your preference. I am partial to the green and thats what I got.
The Funkd golf grips not only look great, but they feel great as well. They feel very similar to Tour Velvets, but better. They have a soft feel without feeling mushy. I assumed that the grips would show wear almost immediately due to the color. Much to my surprise they have been wearing really well. I have yet to use the Funkd golf grips in the rain, but I think they would do fine.
Conclusion:
The grips by Funkd golf are pretty cool. Will they drop your handicap? Probably not. Will they give you more style on the course? Most defiantly. That is how you can justify the extra cost. You pay a little more for the Funkd grips, but you cant put a price on style.
